Bayegan Pendik and Monte-Carlo Win European Club Cup Titles

Bayegan Pendik Sports Chess Club won the 2026 European Chess Club Cup after beating defending champion SuperChess 3.5–2.5 in the final round. Anish Giri and Amin Tabatabaei scored the team’s wins, and the Turkish club took gold over Novy Bor on tiebreaks after both finished with 13 match points.
